Transcube Fuel Tank Sale For NZ

Apr 28, 2025

1. Poor fuel delivery
The fault manifests itself as slow or even inability to deliver fuel to the target tank from the transfer fuel tank. The possible reason is that the connecting pipe is blocked. After long-term use, impurities, dirt or crystals will accumulate in the pipe, hindering the flow of fuel. The solution is to clean the connecting pipe regularly. You can use a special pipe cleaning agent, inject it into the pipe according to the prescribed process and circulate it. If necessary, disassemble the pipe for manual cleaning. If the fault is caused by an electric pump failure, such as motor damage or impeller wear, the damaged electric pump parts need to be replaced in time. Before replacement, the faulty parts must be accurately detected to ensure that the specifications of the new parts match the original pump.
2. Control valve failure
The control valve cannot be accurately adjusted according to the preset parameters. For example, the valve cannot be opened or closed normally. It may be caused by the mechanical structure inside the valve being stuck and impurities entering the valve gap. The valve can be disassembled, the internal parts can be carefully cleaned with a detergent, impurities can be removed, and it can be reinstalled and debugged. If there is a problem with the control circuit of the valve, such as a short circuit or open circuit, it is necessary to check the circuit, repair the damaged circuit or replace the faulty electrical components to ensure that the control signal can be accurately transmitted so that the valve can work normally.
3. Sensor failure
Various sensors cannot accurately feedback data such as fuel flow, pressure and temperature, mostly because the sensor probe is contaminated by impurities in the fuel, affecting its detection accuracy. The sensor can be removed, and the probe can be carefully cleaned with a special cleaning fluid, and reinstalled after drying. If the sensor itself is damaged, such as aging or damage of the component, a new sensor of the same model must be replaced and calibrated after replacement to ensure that the sensor can feedback accurate data to the control system so that the system can adjust the working status of the transfer fuel tank in time to maintain its safe and efficient operation.
