Oil tank fuel cube tank sale for USA

Jun 13, 2025

Correctly filling the Diesel fuel tank with fuel requires strict compliance with safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure stable operation of the equipment and avoid pollution and safety hazards.
Before filling, be sure to use diesel that meets the equipment requirements. Especially in low-temperature environments, you need to choose low-condensation diesel of the corresponding grade (such as -10#, -35#), and clearly indicate the word "DIESEL" on the tank label to prevent mis-filling. At the same time, check the outside of the fuel tank and the refueling port, remove dust and debris to avoid contaminating the fuel during refueling; turn off the engine and electronic equipment, stay away from open flames, choose a well-ventilated site for operation, and ensure that you use clean dedicated refueling equipment or a regular gas station oil gun.
When refueling, slowly unscrew the refueling cap and place it upside down, insert the refueling gun into the bottom of the tank, and keep it stable. Start filling at a low speed, adjust to a small flow when it is close to full, and stop when the oil volume reaches the "safe capacity" (usually 5%-10% lower than the nominal volume) to reserve space for thermal expansion of the fuel. If you use a barrel to refuel, you must strictly filter it through a filter to prevent impurities from entering the tank.
After refueling, make sure the fuel cap is completely tightened and sealed, and clean the residual fuel around it to avoid leakage or corrosion. Record the amount and time of refueling in time to facilitate fuel consumption management; start the engine, observe whether the fuel gauge display is normal, and check whether there is any leakage around the fuel tank. If fuel leakage occurs accidentally, immediately use sand to absorb it, and do not flush it into the sewer to prevent environmental pollution.
