1. Main structure design
The main structure of the mobile fuel tank needs to take into account both strength and lightness. The tank body is mostly made of high-strength metal materials, such as aluminum alloy, which can ensure the stability of the structure and withstand the impact of transportation bumps while reducing weight and improving mobility. The overall shape is often a rectangular or cylindrical shape. These two shapes are conducive to the uniform distribution of internal fuel, reducing the impact force generated during transportation shaking, and are convenient for stacking and fixing on the transport vehicle. In order to enhance the pressure resistance of the tank body, reinforcing ribs will be added to key parts, such as the side and bottom of the tank body, which are susceptible to stress, to prevent the tank body from being deformed or cracked due to external pressure or internal fuel pressure. ​
2. Key component structure
Refueling and oil outlet system: The refueling port is equipped with a lid with excellent sealing performance to prevent fuel leakage and impurities from mixing during transportation. A filter is installed inside to further filter particulate impurities in the refueling fuel. A valve is installed at the outlet connection pipe to accurately control the fuel output flow and start and stop, ensuring safe and efficient refueling operations.​
Liquid level monitoring device: Most of them use float type liquid level gauges, which drive the connecting rod mechanism with the rise and fall of the fuel level to intuitively display the liquid level height. Some advanced designs also integrate electronic sensors, which can transmit liquid level data to the monitoring terminal in real time, so that the staff can remotely grasp the remaining fuel. ​
Safety protection components: Install a safety valve, which automatically opens to release pressure when the pressure in the tank exceeds the set threshold due to factors such as temperature increase and fuel sloshing, to avoid damage to the tank due to overpressure. Equipped with an electrostatic grounding device, connected to the ground through a metal chain or wire, it can promptly remove static electricity generated during transportation and reduce the risk of fire and explosion.
