Diesel Fuel Cube Tank Sale For Denmark

Jun 25, 2025

The replacement cycle of the gasoline transfer tank sealing gasket is not fixed. It needs to be judged by the material characteristics, use environment, frequency and aging status. The details are as follows:
1. The material determines the basic life:
Ordinary rubber gaskets (such as nitrile rubber) are oil-resistant but easy to age, and need to be replaced after 2-3 years of normal use; fluororubber gaskets are resistant to high temperature and corrosion, and the life can reach more than 5 years; metal or composite gaskets have strong anti-aging ability and can be used for 5-10 years if there is no obvious damage.
2. Frequency of use and environment accelerate aging:
For oil tanks with high frequency of use (≥3 times a week), the gaskets are easy to wear due to frequent opening and closing, and it is recommended to check and replace them every 1-2 years; gaskets stored in the open air or exposed to chemical pollutants are affected by ultraviolet rays, temperature differences and corrosion, and the aging is accelerated, and the replacement cycle is shortened to 1-2 years; gaskets are easy to become brittle in low temperature environments and need to be checked every year; gaskets may soften and leak oil in high temperature scenes, and it is recommended to replace them every 2-3 years.
3. Status inspection is the key:
It is necessary to regularly check whether the gasket has cracks, hardening, deformation, or signs of fuel leakage; or test the elasticity by pressing. If it cannot rebound, it should be replaced even if it has not reached the estimated life. In addition, after filling with gasoline, observe whether there are oil beads leaking from the interface, or judge the sealing performance through air pressure test, and deal with abnormalities in time.
4. Preventive maintenance is essential:
Ordinary rubber gaskets are recommended to be replaced every 3-5 years, and metal gaskets can be replaced every 5-8 years; when replacing, they must match the original model to ensure that the size and material are compatible to avoid sealing failure due to inconsistent specifications.
